The MUSCLE MAFIA brand and trade name will be available for "Licensing" purposes in February of 2006.  If you are interested in becoming a "Licensee" of MUSCLE MAFIA, please click here and fill out the Preliminary Application.   Once your application has been reviewed, if approved you will be sent the "Financial Status Application."  After review and approval, you will be notified and the "Licensee Agreement" will be sent to you. Additional information will also be sent to you in regards to our "Licensing Program."  Territories will be granted on a "first come first served basis" pending on application approval and date submitted.

BASIC LICENSING

1. One Licensee for each territory (based on size & population), eliminates competition.

2. License Agreements are for a term of one year with one year succeeding extensions based on performance and image,  Multi-year terms are available to qualified applicants.

3. Though not a requirement, apparel sales and marketing experience will assist in securing a License.

4. All Licensee's will be 100% responsible for their designated  territory,  It is your business.

5. There is only a minimal Licensing Fee paid yearly for exclusive Licensing Rights in your territory,  Multiple territories are an option.

6. No commissions, royalties or additional fees are paid to MUSCLE MAFIA, INC. only the License Fee.

7. Licensing Fees will vary between $2,000 and $3,500 per year depending on territory size and population,

8. All Licensee's will be 100% responsible for the printing, selling, marketing and distribution within your territory.  You are not required to purchase items* from MUSCLE MAFIA, INC.  You will secure your own screenprinter and suppliers.

9. Annual conventions will be scheduled.  Hawaii will be the location for the first convention with future events being held at different locations throughout the world.

* Muscle Mafia apparel will have "private labeling".  The private labels will be provided by Muscle Mafia, Inc. and Licensee's will be required to purchase the private labels from Muscle Mafia, Inc.  This will reduce private label costs to the Licensee and insure the integrity of the brandname.  (No cost for the supply of private labels.)
